Padron headed to Eastern Washington

After being granted a release from his scholarship in January, former SMU starting quarterback Kyle Padron will enroll at Eastern Washington this summer.

Former SMU quarterback Kyle Padron will transfer to Eastern Washington this summer, as first reported by ESPN's Joe Schad. Padron follows in the footsteps of another former Mustangs gunslinger, Bo Levi Mitchell, who transferred to EWU in 2010.
