Sanchez PCL Update

Rex Ryan update on Sanchez's PCL sprain - "He [did] a tremendous job coming in Saturday and Sunday (for) treatment - 18 hours a day - that is what it seems like. We’re optimistic he’ll play. He seems to be getting better each day. We thought we were going to get good news from the MRI (and) we did. We are feeling very good about where he is now and I think the doctors are too."
