Rex Ryan says that Kerry Rhodes needs to meet with Dennis Thurman in order to get his starting job back. What's up with that? How about the criteria for him starting again is for him to play better, like he did against Carolina? Why would a meeting dictate a promotion? This seems like another sideshow story, similar to the Joe Girardi.
