Why is Mangini the only one?

Mangini bashing has become a hobby for so many in Cleveland and around the country, but why is the Browns coach the whipping boy, and not the first year coaches in St. Louis, Detroit, Tampa and Seattle who are having awful seasons? Some of it has to do with Mangini being terrible with the media. That shouldn't matter. It's all about what you do on Sunday, and none of these coaches are doing well.
