Fades aren't smart on two-pointers

Posted Nov 1, 2009

I might be in the minority, but I have no issue with decision to go for a two-point conversion at 24-19, However, I do have a problem with the play-call, a fade to Braylon Edwards. There is no doubt that at 6-3, a fade is a great play for Edwards, but not on a two-point conversion. It's too difficult. "I guess the percentages weren't in our favor on that play," said Mark Sanchez.
