East Rutherford - In overtime, the Jets attempted a 48-yard field goal to win the game, but punter Steve Weatherford couldn't handle the snap of James Dearth. So Weatherford took with off the ball, and attempted pass and it was picked off by safety John Wendling.
"It was a great snap," said Weatherford. "It was 100 percent my fault. No excuses - I'm a pro athlete. I don't that hundreds of times."
