"The Cleveland Browns contacted the FBI about possible threats to former Browns wide receiver Braylon Edwards, an FBI official said Saturday morning," wrote the Plain-Dealer. "The threats followed the incident earlier this month when Edwards was accused of punching a man outside a downtown nightclub. The altercation prompted the Browns organization to call the Cleveland FBI."
