Can Ratliff supplant Clemens as #2?

If Kellen Clemens continues to struggle, would Eric Mangini consider making Brett Ratliff the #2 quarterback?

"Kellen is going to be the #2 quarterback this week," said Mangini.

But what about the regular season - does Ratliff have a chance to grab the #2 job?

"It's Kellen Clemens job now, and we've got to see how the rest of camp goes," said Mangini.
