Q)What kind of tight end are you?
Keller: Generally more people would classify me as a hybrid, more of a receiving tight end.
Q)Like Dallas Clark?
Keller: Yeah.
Q)What do you need to work on?
Keller: I need to improve upon my blocking.
Q)Where did Purdue like to line you up?
Keller: I lined up at tight end a bit, more times than not. But I also was put in the slot.
Q)How far along are you in your transition from wide receiver to tight end?
Keller: I completely feel like a tight end now. It’s been a transition in the making the past three
years, but I definitely feel like a tight end.
Q)Are you concerned, as a former wideout, that some people will wonder if you want to be an tough in-line blocker?
Keller: Oh, most definitely. You definitely have that knock immediately, is he tough enough, is he willing
to get his head in there and block somebody. You don’t get much of a chance to prove that at the
combine, but hopefully people will get to watch more of my film and see that I am willing
to get in there and block somebody.
Q)What kind of forties have you run at Purdue over the last few years?
Keller: I’ve ran 4.47s to 4.52s, somewhere in there.
Q)You seem like a kid who has a lot going for him. Who has been the biggest influence on you?
Keller: Everything is basically from my mom. I got everything I learned from my mom. If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t be where I am now.
