Ohio State's superb pass rushing junior defensive end Vernon Gholston has decided to enter the 2008 draft. He could be a perfect fit for the Jets who own the sixth pick of the draft.

Golston is a 6-4, 260 pounder who was a college DE, but projects well to the 3-4 OLB position on the NFL level. He runs the forty in the 4.6 area and had 14 sacks for the Buckeyes this past season. Don't be shocked if the Jets give him serious consideration in the first round.
