Eric Mangini announced on Monday afternoon that Kellen Clemens will start at quarterback this Sunday against Washington. So many fans and reporters officially get their wish - Chad Pennington has been benched.

"I feel good about where I am at as a quarterback," said Chad Pennington, the second most accurate passer in NFL history.

"I'm excited - I'm looking for a chance to play," said Clemens.
