Bobby Hamilton injured

In the middle of the afternoon practice, Jets defensive end Bobby Hamilton was injured. He was laying on the ground for several minutes, but was eventually able to limp off the field.

Since the Jets don't deciminate injury information during training camp, the nature of the injury is unknown right now.

If Hamilton is out for an extended period of time, that could help the chances of former Chiefs defensive end Eric Hicks, of making the team.
